Module Outline
This module focuses oncertain aspects of Contract Law not covered in the core undergraduate module and which have practical importancefor modern contract lawyers. Broadly, half of the module focuses on the legal issues surrounding contractual interpretation, while the other half looks more specifically at key contractual terms in commercial contracts.

Gain a systematic understanding of the legal issues that arise in the context of contractual interpretation.
Acquire an in-depth critical understanding of a range of contractual terms in commercial contracts.
Develop skills in the critical analysis and application of scholarly reviews and primary resources.
