Module Outline

This module provides an insight into the law and practice relating to business organisations, through formation, management and dissolution. We will consider the different forms of business entity and explore the day to day management of a business, alongside stakeholder interests. We will consider the implications of legal requirements such as reporting and taxation. The module provides a useful grounding in the key considerations of business law and practice and will be useful in increasing commercial awareness.
