The module focuses on the ‘foundations of global business law and regulation’. It addresses cutting-edge issues surrounding global business. The module compares and contrasts the laws and regulations in major jurisdictions, including the U.S. China and the EU. It also assesses the landmark cases that have addressed the above challenges.
