Explain and illustrate how equitable principles operate to construct/imply a trust.

Evidence a critical understanding of statutory and common law rules, their context, application and any need for reform.

Deploy relevant legal rules and principles to interpret and solve factual and hypothetical problem scenarios.

Use appropriate primary and secondary sources in the critical analysis/evaluation of the law.
