Module Outline

This module augments and amplifies the overall BSc Mathematics course learning outcomes and is designed to improve student employability by facilitating full-year and full-time professional/work placements in the 3rd year of their degree in Mathematics. The aim is to provide students with the opportunity to experience the practical aspects of Mathematics, to apply what they have learned during the first 2 years of their degree, and to receive further training in the skills associated with their specific work placement.

Integrate academic knowledge and understanding with practical professional experience (assessment 1)
