Module Outline
The project aims to introduce a student under the guidance of a supervisor into a mathematical topic suitable for students at level 6.
Module learning outcomes
plan and execute a piece of work supervised by a member of staff.
gain a sound grasp of the structure and content of the chosen topic area, seek, acquire and use references effectively; write a structured and coherent project report.
approach a complex task in a structured and logical manner using appropriate techniques and methods.
present and communicate information in a clear and concise form in an oral presentation.
